RDMs were created by Mike Katz in TFB. MDMs were created by Dow Draper (who then left). What’s your point?

Not only will there not be ANY development programs BUT if I was a betting person you will new roles pop up in February designed/marketed as being for “high potential” leaders. Reality is Freire will sell this position to everyone like he’s done ALL other positions he’s created then eliminated and it will be another way for them to reduce headcount. Leader Specialist? Retail Development Managers? Market Development Managers? Career Map #1 then #2 then #3 etc all with caveats that the previous maps don’t apply…. How many people were in LDP and nothing, LEAD and nothing, etc. Don’t continue to fall for the dangling carrot in front of you and know that there’s nothing to promote anyone to buy organizationally they have to create the appearance of opportunities otherwise why stay?

Front line is getting thrown to the wolves. It is all hands on deck. No more development or time off the phones, work til you drop. We will see but I heard the new metric changes and doing away with p&l are going to be all about sales and if you are not meeting those goals, they will start trimming more fat.

Until things settle down org wise and the economy evens out a new program probably will not be developed. Until then utilize the tuition reimbursement program to make sure you're better positioned when that does happen.

If you are not engineers in IP or converge core there is no safe or investment by company. The Tmo is going to reduce opex big time to keep flat prices for our customers. Is bold but unfortunately move.
