Our department are on a huge drive to make sure that the data in the systems is up to date and correct.
Quite surprising as this has come from no where and has never been an issue in the past.
I have my suspicions as to what this is all about ... anyone else experiencing the same?
Im in claims and they are pushing a lot on data integrity, but then underwriters ask.us everything about losses because They don't see anything of all the stuff we fill in in oneclaim, so I wonder, what are all this data for?
