Software engineer here leaving after 10 months. I have had enough. Zero training, no leadership guidance, mentally draining work spending hours on end in the cold and noisy lab, working on 3 different projects and getting paid like an intern with inflation rising more than ever before and getting less than 2% raise. Honestly, fu-k this sh-t!!! I would rather sit home, improve my interview skills and land a better job. I'm lucky to have worked at a different place and to know how sh---y this company is.
Management need to really pay us at least market rate. I studied 4 years at a prestigious university and have sh-t ton of loans and now I'm getting paid barely enough to pay bills. How the fu-k do you expect me to live like this? The CEOs are making billions every year while we the working class are struggling to make ends meet while working like robots. Fu-k this!!! I'm done. I just put my 2 weeks notice. Adios!

I left my university after three years and started working. Pulling in 6 figures and never whined as much as you are.

I can see you didn’t study business bc no one at GA is making billions! Why would you come to a 3rd rate defense contractor if you graduated from a prestigious university? Maybe wasn’t as good as you thought if you could only land a job at GA
Good for you. I've been hanging on at my lousy company for 25 years now just trying to make it to retirement. Meanwhile, all the new hires here are leaving after a year, all the interns they make offers don't even bother to reply and I can't say I blame them. Just do what the execs do, do what's best for you. Good Luck.
