It was a leadership shake up that consisted of a demotion (per say) and a promotion. JA has been demoted to tool jockey. He lost all of the PM’s. This couldn’t happen to a better person for he truly was a sorry Director @ best. GOOD LUCK JA. Turn around is fair play LMAO

So who leads the PMO now? What about Pat K?
As part of the management team I would like to address this issue. Jeff A was part of the mass hiring DK and Jenn R introduced to CF. I see that little research was done to his background and management style. In looking at his resume his average tenure at a company was 1 ½ to 2 years. Jeff’s previous employment are with his own business (very suspect), which should have gave red flags to any hiring manager. Ex. Jeff opened a business for 8 months before being hired as a contractor and then closing that so called business. SMH
I have work with Jeff and know some of his peers and associates and they all share the same thoughts that he not a people person. I believe Jeff would be an awesome PM that can manage a project from the beginning to the end. As a Director and people leader I truly believe this is not his strong suit. Here at CF management needs to lead and our associates MUST have trust within our leaders.
Jeff A. Hired people and most left because they didn't like the guy. Some people he just ran out the so called CF way 😆.
Who?
YES! Agree that guy ruined a lot of careers at CF. Definitely needs to go. Glad we are getting rid of the old guard.
