so this welcome rewards bonus point special starts today and goes through tomorrow (7-12 thru 7-13); we just found out about it today, zero time to tell customers, so unless they happen to be spending the 150 or 300 bucks anyways, it's not really driving extra traffic. also, the language is kinda weird, but it sounds like the customers then have to wait 30 days from purchase to get the points, to turn into the bonus cash, and then only have 90 days to use it.......yeah, imagine trying to explain all that to a customer, who probably just wanted some coffee or a kitchen utensil, while also trying to explain the 20 tiers of welcome rewards and the credit card

Rewards + was implemented well before MT was ousted. So with BBBY following through is a good thing. Just need to get back to the basics of what customers want
