S.Craun Head of Global ops left last month. I know they are outsourcing ops but Nuveen is now looking for a new head of global ops. Whats going on there?

Another senior level manager bites the dust. Whether she left for a better opportunity, left because she hated it or was replaced by her executives, all the revolving doors in senior management and executive ranks does not reflect well on TIAA. Luckily for them, they are not publically traded or securities analysts would demand answers.
Because she shouldn’t have had the job in the first place?
