Technology. I've been there 5 years and the meager package was 2 months for the notice period (standard for ED and above I believe) and then just 12 weeks severance. Pretty cr---y considering it's already hard to find a new role during the summer months and within this economy it's even harder. If this had to happen I was hoping for the end of the summer or toward the end of the year to get some more time.
