Rumor is people are quitting within a specific area of Viacom/CBS, now Paramount rebranded. Who runs this area and why aren't they being dealt with properly? Perhaps the company has sunk to a new low point where the philosophy of "why lay them off if they're leaving on their own" is more prevalent than normal attrition. I guess this is what happens when EOE breeds The Peter Principle.

Specific area? Dude they are losing people all over the place HR Legal Tech more specifically the tech security group the guy I deal with just vanished and no one could tell me why bullying is rife there will be a lot more turnover for sure
