If the internal crud of the company becomes public, most folks would care way less about the veterans lawsuit. The company was seriously in deep sh-t.

Maybe Rike Moman should try that out.

Corporate systems lab used to get funding by slapping AI on every thing they made. Not one person understood what they made, everyone would jump onto making ppts.

Investing in people does not mean running dangerous shitshows ruining the company and its employees. The work done this carelessly is downright dangerous.

I sincerely hope they close the doors for any of their AI programs. The programs in healthcare domain were risky.

I know the teams who worked on them and they were the least competent I had ever seen. Most of them got promotions because of their involvement in recruiting. There is little to no technical skill but infinite ppt potential.

Think about a veterans lawsuit like case but this time because of carelessness of some incompetent scientist in the healthcare domain. How many class action lawsuits can this company handle?

No matter how bad it is, can’t be worse than years of suffering because of a disability caused due to callousness.

I feel for the veterans, I hope these ba----ds fake bankruptcy, get caught by investigators and rot in jail for the rest of their lives.

If they go with an average settlement value of $1 mil, it should bring the total to more than 250 billion dollars, that would mandate selling of all the assets the company has.

Interestingly, they would still be short of the average settlement value from the bellwether trials, which was about 5 million dollars. If they went with that figure in mind, they would have to pay more than a trillion dollars in settlement.

I sincerely hope that Justice is done with the veterans in this case.
