Focus on Lean and Safety according to SS's announcement, whatever that means.

If VA is taking on Onshore, it speaks to the issues at Onshore and the urgency to fix it.

Yeah, expanded responsibility (so he still runs GRC) at the moment and no word about after the split. Maybe there will be more clues next Monday.
