Most of their parents were baseless and lacked substance. When cream like that gets included in product, the result is a class action lawsuit, followed by bankruptcy. Why should I on the warehouse floor, pay the price for sketchy work done else where in the company?

This is the root cause for all these class action lawsuits. Sadly no one will ever get to it.

The entire CRSL (earlier SEMS) was a joke, never really stood anywhere in the company profile, kept making obtuse claims. Didn’t really do anything for the company and resulted in huge sunk costs. Giant cloud computing costs, zero short term income, fake claims about research.
To keep the ship running, the amount of dirty work required was stunning. An example of how faking it well could result in huge sums of money in times when the company was struggling.
