I think if you work in the Mortgage Department I'd be trying to post out ASAP. Other areas I have no idea.
Likely hoping people that are in areas of the bank that won’t do wfh of any sort going forward to quit, recently saw Facebook increased their goals and responsibilities for individual workers, just a ploy to get you to quit/fire you so they don’t pay severance
Or am I being too optimistic about this?
