It depends majorly on the veterans lawsuit media coverage. If the media starts going after them, the stock might plummet to two digits. Else would be somewhere in early 100s.
Good thing is that people are already leaving, so cost of Human Resources is plummeting. Most tech folks would either already be in the market or would have offers with them. Selective attrition hurts the company much more than you think.
Honestly it feels it’s best for them to consider closing shop. Even if they somehow survive this lawsuit, the human and capital resources spent and the damage to reputation would simply make it impossible for them to sustain. As far as spin-offs are concerned, the hounds from the government, judiciary and media will be on their tail.
120 years is a very long life span for a company. Modern tech companies typically last 20-30 years. These guys should be proud that they lasted as long as they did.
