Purely out of curiosity, I'm interested in what you would say if someone asked you what GM lags behind in its biggest competitors?

If you leave, they'll bring in an h1-b who works for half your salary.
You get a better job, and GM cuts costs.

While they keep saying this line over and over, GM is not professional grade. Just because they state it, does not make it so. I would not drive a GM, if MB herself offered my 250 thousand dollars to advertise it.
