Care AR is a joke. It should be abolished and everybody involved with implementing it should be fired.

Customers with functioning brains will see right thru it, government customers will probably eat it up

I heard that with CareAR, the customer just takes a picture of their machine and all of their backordered parts and supplies will just magically appear!

As a tech when I attended CarAR training, thought to myself why would I use this? We already have similar technology on our phone and ms teams. How much money did Xerox waste on R&D. But they're still doing layoffs..

I laugh an agree with Facetime comment.

CareAR, listen to Steve B = all you Techs not needed any more, fixes can be driven remotely using trained chimps. Parc have found a way to clone them for a dollar.
Xerox delaying announcement to buy up stock, and then wow are we going to make money, wait and see.

Did they have that many employees in the first place?

Anyone know the actual revenue. Being pulled in by CareAR? I’d be curious to know how much this place wasted on that technology that is basically FaceTime. Or perhaps I’m wrong?
