How can they give me points when I have intermittent loa? Every absence is approved by Sedgwick and I have screenshots of them. What happens if I keep using my int loa and keep getting points and get fired? But it's all approved?

My loa is intermittent last for whole year.. just renewed it in May. I only have so many days a week I use and only use like when I need and it's usually 1 day when I do use it. Mine gets renewed every year. There is nothing about 60 days in 12 weeks.
Are you past your 12 weeks (60 days) in a rolling year? We have an associate who have taken 60 days, not at one time but total through the year and now receives points when absent.
I’m betting they are simply forgetting to do it. We see this with other things, too. Like PTO approvals. When you stop them during the work day and ask them, they just forget. I get it. It shouldn’t happen but it does. Just keep asking.
thanks I told my manager last week but they're still on there. I just don't understand I call in under the LOA option why can they not see that on the call in log?
If you’re on intermittent LOA, be sure your supervisor and people lead knows. Your people lead can fix the points. A manager can fix the points, too. But it’s probably just confusion or them being unaware.
They aren't supposed to give points if it is approved get with your PL about this.
