Long time TW support and services people are leaving.
They are all being led to believe the product is dead and has no future.
You don't need a Harvard MBA to know that, but apparently Altera has not been shy about their intentions on the product.

Do you any idea what Harris does?
They buy companies and products that are DYING.
Look at all the other companies and products they have bought.
They are all old and dead.
Obviously another untrue statement regarding TouchWorks. Harris’ philosophy and track record is completely the opposite. Regarding the Harris culture, you obviously have not read their core values. I personally don’t want to work with anyone who doesn’t believe in Respect of the Individual, Empowerment at the point of contact, Bad news doesn’t get better with time, Disciple unwavering and relentless focus, Solutions not problems, Dream Realization, Communicate and Share Knowledge, Understanding Learning, Accountability Responsibility and Ownership, and Understand Reality and make difficult decisions.
That is what Harris believes in but it is hard work. You are no longer just a puppet but you actually own getting things right and you are empowered to do so. That is obviously too much for some people. That is why they are leaving. Hard work is Hard!
It’s not just TW - a lot of senior long time people are leaving because they just don’t like the Harris culture
