It seems that my hopes are in vain that something will change for the better. It's become difficult to even fake a smile. Looks like there's no reason to be optimistic here?

I am trying to be optimistic but it is very hard. I thought the morale among associates was bad before. It seems to have only gotten worse. Some days seem so mentally exhausting to try to keep things positive for them.
There is none. Get your name out there. There will be no life boats .
