NOV upper management is on dr-gs. They cannot think straight. What is the point of 3% raise ? Time to leave this company which is managed by a bunch of jokers.

The company hasn't turned a profit in forever. I'm surprised they gave raises at all. They are just digging a deeper ho-e to get out of, or more appropriately adding gusts to the headwinds.
Of course the new guy gets more, they come with better ideas, more exposure to how businesses should be run. Anyone who's been with the company more than 10 years. . . . You're the problem, your reluctance to change, your know no better attitude. Those that have been there since leaving school . . . . Well you lot are just cowards to fearful of going anywhere else because you know you would fail!!!!!
Couple of guys got .22 cent raise .50 .40 welcome to nov while the new hire gets 2 3 dollar more
