Can you name one other company where they appreciate you the less the longer you've worked there? I don't think anybody can. Yes, all companies have their issues but to have such disregard for its oldest, most experienced, and most knowledgeable employees is unique to NCR.

Ncr sees you as dead wood if you stay longer than 5 years.
WELL!!! NCR is one of the worst I agree but there are some others that I’ve experienced. Macys is definitely one of them along with Chase and DuPont. My uncle was 6 months away from retirement and getting a pension when the rug was pulled out from underneath him I’ll never forget it. That was when I was young and in college. Valuable lesson learned back then I suggest everyone keep looking for better opportunities and don’t give up. Most companies say they appreciate your efforts but in reality we know that most don’t.
