Ok what could that mean, RGIS is here taking pictures and walking the entire store...I'm genuinely worried

It's for liquidators. Don't lie to yourself put the pieces together they have no money for any of that . Takes hrs don't have takes money don't have look at the balance sheet ain't gonna get credit not even paying bills now terms on merchandise went from 60 to 30 vendors aren't stupid. Then think about it who is paying RGIS ? Ain't BBB
Stores are going full planograms. Corp will make maps.
They might be getting ready to do a mid-year inventory to assess the valuation of the company assets &/or to see what needs to be liquidated.

The mapping out was done three years ago. If RGIS is in your store it is not good. 5s is gone as well.
My store was done last week. Took the last all day taking pictures and measuring fixtures. We are/were in the remodel list for this year but assuming that is not going to happen
does your store have 5S yet? if not, that could be what they're doing; surveying the store so they can tell you how the backroom should be laid out, then RGIS builds the new tables and you get to tape squares on the floor because, in corporate's eyes, we're too stupid to know where to park conveyances
Should not be concerning. This has been planned. Stores are being surveyed so blueprints will be custom to your store.
