NCR serbia treat their staff very bad over worked under paid. NCR is slavery in the modern world.
No, NCR is scared to do such thing in Serbia because numerous of ex employees sued company and won.
It's difficult to lay off over there, that's why they do not get paid well and people quit as they are being abused by managers
People employed are looking elsewhere because we realize ncr is not a generous or thoughtful employer.
No layoffs, but people are rather working for NCR max 1.5 year. Fluctuations is the highest.
