@xsy+1h7FzblO no offense but you have to be d-mb to think customers aren't leaving. If you don't work on the agent or front line claims then I guess you wouldn't know.
I would never let a family member or friend purchase this product. Claims is at a point that the DOI really ought to step in and force action.
The disconnect and attempt and grave dancing is hilarious. So you're worried about layoffs AND you hope we don't have customers? What exactly will you prove?
I would never recommend Allstate to anyone.
Don’t worry about the customers leaving….. Allstate will just buy an other smaller insurance company again, so it looks like growth….
My old agent was amazing. His replacement has been utter garbage. He’s never even called. I really need to switch.
I had to leave. The competitor was way cheaper, and I was getting zero service from Allstate. Or from my exclusive agent.
As an exclusive agent that makes this company a lot of money I can say with 100% certainty that agencies being serviced by third parties in Mexico and India is not going to fly and won't be tolerated.

Wait until the overseas contractors become their new CCC in about 6 months. They will just have a ball. And their trusted agents have all if their service options totally self-servicing and automated. And the agencies thought chat was a step down.
