I love RTO. Doing WebEx in my undies is the way to go. You don’t get to sit around the office in your undies. That’s a perk you can’t beat.

How do you 100% remote??? I do desktop support. I can work from home??? Who is doing all the tire rotations if they are not on-premise.
RTO? Haven't done it. Approved 100% remote like 99% of everyone else who requested it in STS.
RTO has been awesome! No more walking around the house doing WebEX in my underwear. I am now fully dressed and in the office just knocking it out. This is the way it should be, and we need everyone to RTO and be there full time. Every time on WebEx I imagine everyone is just not wearing pants. That has got to stop. The only way to guarantee that is to to make everyone RTO.
