Maybe I still haven’t left just for the reason that I used to really love working here and was still hoping it would get better. When did you stop loving your job here?

I honestly don't think that the merger will result in layoffs nor will there be any if it falls through. However that merger looms over us through January of 2023 and things seem to be on hold because of that. The fear of the merger is also driving people away from the company.
Do you think there will be deep layoffs if the merger goes through? What's being said on the inside?
I still love Change Healthcare. However, part of the ELT & SLT need to go. They've created a toxic environment with low morale. It's a shame.
