Why does the moaners never leave. Answer too chicken or stupid or unable to Gita job anywhere else. So instead they hang on like farts in an elevator. Lucky age an all will solve their issues soon :-))))

This may be true, but everything else he stated was SPOT ON, and not just in CA. Half of the workforce in my area retired or quit a year ago with no backfill in hiring. As a matter of fact, we took on an extra reporting center when those techs quit. We are unable to order the supplies we need, do not get training on any of the new equipment being utilized in fiber installs, and have absolutely NO competent support when we have a question about something. It's absolutely ridiculous how poorly the next stage of this company is being rolled out, but it's not surprising in the least given this company's track record.

How can anyone take frontier seriously when they aren’t willing to pay their employees in California a realistic wage. Besides wanting to take things away from them. They also expect them to produce more with less or no training. Incompetent management and lack of understanding of resources, the network in general and logistics.
They will only be able to fool the shareholders for so long. Adding splitters to hubs looks good on paper. That is until you realize there are still no new customers on them.
Frontier is a bu-t end of every joke, so how can we take it seriously?
