Word is India property is coming along nicely. When you compare them to the garbage we are hiring here in the states it’s no wonder why. We literally drove all of our talent away, seemingly intentionally. On a positive note they will only be writing estimates. Licensed reps stateside still required for settlement/supplemental work.
For now
It seems like this site is turning into “North Americans vs. Indians.” The bad feelings are not because Americans hate Indians. The bad feelings are because good paying jobs are being sent overseas to people who earn a lot less. Allstate clearly doesn’t care about people who have spent their careers working hard. Employees are supposed to be loyal, but it clearly doesn’t run both ways. Indian employees will eventually figure this out too.
They are actually working instead of hanging out on sites like this complaining all the time. Funny how that works?
The employees in India are licensed and skilled exactly the same as on shore property and can do everything from start to finish. The only thing now is when everything is fully moved over.
For now. They’d love to get more employees in India. There has been a boat load of talent loss in the states. We seemingly hear of a new one almost daily. They’re now getting desperate and hiring people with absolutely zero insurance experience.
