Let’s start with getting supervisors to show up in the field.
XmCc, wow, you’re so out of touch with reality, so many problems that you all never realize or that are resolved without your involvement or awareness… If you really believe what you’ve posted, be gone, cause someone of authority will eventually figure out that you have no idea, you gone!!!
With the VP running around the field talking about we need to focus on safety yet him and his BV crew continue to hide incidents unless they get on local news, or people end up in hospital. Funny watching how he expects everyone to follow him around and likes to make sure we all know the white dude is “El Patron”.
Get back to work! We will eat our hot dogs and play our corn ho-e to celebrate our leadership. Don’t forget we also brought out the layer tag too. Now enough about our wins what have you done lately for us. The field works for corporate and don’t any of you ever forget that. Your work could be contracted out for far less and we wouldn’t require anywhere near the headcount. All the support teams could eliminate 75% of their staffing and we could maybe put our Christmas tree up this year.
