At least Tom and Glenn have enough integrity to do everything legally.

Legally is not always ethically. See 2020 such as fake assessments and lies of denials right up to the point of announcing the first rounds. And doing so in the middle of a pandemic. The company did this "legally" but they couldn't have been more unethical and scummy about it.
