People posting on yammer instead of providing actual business value is literally making the company less profitable. I got scammed into signing up for yammer to receive the posts literally not knowing what it was. I saw a lengthy post about bugs on that million dollar tree at campus. That dude probably cost the company $100 writing that and every person reading it cost the company probably $1.
What is your fascination with people posting? I could say the same thing about posts on this site. More activity as assessments approach. If you think it makes people rank well why don’t you try it? I guarantee it won’t change your ranking one bit.
