It used to be important to me what decisions our leadership makes, I thought it was very important to speak up against bad ideas, I was frustrated by the rise of mediocrity, but now... Now I pretty much don't care at all. I think it is best to accept that this is just a job, avoid any confrontation and always be on a lookout for better options. It amazes me that there are still those who think it’s worth speaking up here instead of staying under the radar?
