Everyone who believes that those at the top care what we think about their decisions is just fooling themselves. True leaders would be concerned to learn that their employees have such a bad opinion of the company they work for, but Emerson’s leadership probably doesn’t even think about it. That is why all our complaints are in vain. Venting is OK, but it is much more useful to look for a new job.
