I'm not saying I'm perfect, but it's very difficult to work on a project with someone whose position greatly exceeds his competencies and who lacks the skills to do the work effectively.
Good management would address the issue of incompetent workers, but at NOV this does not happen. Why? I wish I had answer to that question.

Good managers, effective HR, stop rehiring incompetent employees who have been laid off numerous times already, giving them new positions they aren’t qualified for…but he’s a good ol’ boy! Makes sense.

Why do you think I got demoted? Even with my gossip skill sets. My ninja security clearance and my amazing speeches. I too lack competence. Over come the guilt by blaming others and make big distractions by riding my Segway.

You could work at any NOV facility, they like yes people who do not question things and can be manipulated by their Manager / VP, just look at Greengate and the bunch of losers, sorry I mean leaders!
