I left in 2019 and from what I remember, morale was in the dumpster. That's one of the main reasons why I opted to leave. I highly doubt that things have changed for the better since then but I'm hoping that the unlikely has happened for the sake of the people I used to work with.

Because the snakes like Aj in US and NK in UK were kiss a-s me guys who only worried about themselves. Terrible managers, no people skills. Synamedia deserves the death.
