Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

T-Mobile for Business Managers

Poll of those like myself in the west who manage business reps and had to enforce the vaccine mandate. Were you able to bypass T-Mobiles policy and get Religious Accommodations honored or did it come down to the state legislation you were in and how much T-Mobile Counsel was ready to compell those Religious Accommodation Requests?

I honestly had my hands tied and was told this was T-Mobiles stance on the vaccine mandate policy but I am hearing some parts of the country where legislation was passed to bring that to a halt and some managers were able to approve Religious Accommodations?

TFB knows nothing about large enterprise customers. You know what these demanding customers don’t want? Bs uncarrier moves targeted at retail customers or inexperienced sales people who aren’t allowed to think for themselves. The TFB model? Higher the cheapest account executives they can and micromanage the the goods ones until
