Exciting news! Just got a text letting me know that my 20% B+ Membership is soon to be upgraded to the new upcoming 15% Rewards+ program. Now I can enjoy 15% instead of 20% every time I shop. Another bad idea.

What is the difference between rewards and benefits?
You don't pay for rewards with Amazon Prime. You pay for benefits and there are quite a few and well worth the annual fee.
No other retailer charges to earn rewards? Have you never heard of Amazon Prime? Quite a few others do as well..
No other retailer charges to earn rewards. I just do not think people are going to see the value in paying annually for 15% off. They are either going to wait until they get sent a coupon or not shop with us.
Changing the name to Rewards+ implies that while the everyday discount may be less, there could be rewards milestones based on how much you spend, just like dozens of other retail, restaurants, and grocery stores do.
This is definitely not going to go over well with the majority of our customers. People will search and hold up the line for a coupon off of a 2.99 item.
This isn’t company wide, only a select few markets to test the reaction/benefit/etc. that is why some don’t see the task.
Get ready for the complaints that are to come. Why pay to only save 15%?
what the post below me says; dynamic task for today may 5th, beyond+ is changing to welcome rewards+
good luck with that, lol
Fact. Dynamic task 5/5.
I just googled this and there is nothing. The OP is lying to stir up emotions. They need to find something better to do than lie!
Oooh so it’s going to be more like Kohls and Macys 😒😫
They give out MORE to the people who either never shop or shop frequently and LESS to the monthly lookers. 😖🫥😬
Just another sign the company actually hates your guts 🫤😵💫
Source? The company website and app are still advertising for 20%, and there is now Google news hits for this.
customers have already started coming into my store to complain; this is gonna go about as well as trying to raise the price of membership a few years back
This is exciting news! Best in class customer service. We will have lines outside our doors with customers waiting to sign up. Just like Black Friday at Best Buy or Wal Mart!
