It is convincing them slowly but surely to find a new carrier and that certainly is a good thing for them..

I do not think it was supposed to help customers. We were told the company’s overall goal is to be The Cheapest. If customers want cheap, they will get what they pay for. The service from Pune is so atrocious, once those lured by cheap rates get a taste of it, many will leave. In droves. However the vast majority of insureds never have a claim so they will stick around. That is the goal.

It only took 2 1/2 months to get a simple 1 car accident claim settled. Our claim department is horrendous.
