Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

Isn't it in the company's interest to

get rid of managers who play favorites?
I mean, if a manager persistently favors people who do almost nothing and makes it clear to everyone else who those favorites are, and because of that hard-working employees eventually decide to leave, isn't that a problem for the company?

Yes.idk if this is this OPs first job..but it does happen everywhere. Most of the complaints on this board happen in all big box retail

Maybe not focus on who is the favorite and focus on yourself and making each day as positive and productive as possible. It is like that in pretty much every business. Get over it

not to defend BBB at all, but that happens pretty much everywhere. no matter how good or bad a company is, the manager makes the workplace good or bad
