Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

I hope it's over

We're understaffed as it is, if they cut any more people those of us who stay behind will not be able to get the work done. At least not if we still want to have any semblance of a life. I'm tired of people who have no idea what it is that we do getting to decide how many people it takes to do it. I wish we could get them to do our jobs just for one day. I wonder if they'd change their tune then.

That's the problem. T-Mobile is laying off and getting rid of the people who actually do the job and keeping the ones who are part of the "club" and have no clue what planet they're even on. You're not understaffed. You just have a lot of co-workers who "disappear" for most of the day while you are tasked to do their job too.

It must be tough going through life so utterly bitter. If you are so happy about your life choices why are you still hanging around here?

Well everyone left there took the Vaxx to keep a job so when y'all start dropping like flies with the VAIDS they gave you in the shot kicks in, just appreciate the time you have there now.

A LOT of folks over 40 are being laid off. Yet nobody will sue because the package and exit requires you to be quiet.

Please stop the negativity. The T-Mobile/Sprint merger is well on the way to being as successful as the Sprint/Nextel merger.

Let's rephrase this discussion to we don't have enough people to do things the.old Sprint way.

T Mobile needs better systems.
Modernize its IT and the rest will follow.

There are still people around, it’s not over until there are kiosks replacing people. The best thing anyone can do is the bare minimum. I had a whole dumpster of awards from that dump and still got laid off. They are not worth fighting for. It’s just a job not a career. The best thing to see is the stock price drop. Then guess who gets laid off…. Nothing good lasts, there was a time where that place was awesome. I wonder if you still fill out work surveys. Nobody tells the truth because they are not anonymous. Bare minimum or you will regret when you look back.

Here's what I'm seeing. All the Legacy T-Mobile people who were doing multiple things have left for greener pastures elsewhere. The Legacy Sprint Folks who really weren't doing a whole lot for the past years are being asked to pick up for the Legacy T-Mobile people. With more resources. Yet they say they're "understaffed".

To an extent, you all had to see this coming. Although the business is bringing in new customers, the expense line is still WAY to big.

It's not over. Won't be done until the end of this year.
