How many signatures need to be signed to get involvement from a union. After our FB get together somebody printed a card from the internet and sent it to everyone. We all Esigned it from 6 different stores.
Now what happens ?

We need unions on a national levels because of the clown college management.
Unions will never happen at Lowes, why would you even want to stay working for a company that clearly doesn't value its employees and is more concerned with wall street and driving stock prices up

you need something like 30 percent od the store to sign them and then petition nlrb for election where a simple majority of eligible voters who cast ballots determine if the union will be enforce in the store or not. This needs to be pushed for hard, it's the only way to protect ourselves from the executive level management
Nothing. Store management is directed to not recognize them as legitimate even if they are offered up by a union rep, much less by some phony cards printed out by an employee.
Where are you located ? And I don’t think those cards are valid unless accompanied by a union rep that collects them.
