Now thanks to PSR and network congestion, the big boy tour is postponed and he’s hiding from testifying before the STB. It’s gotten so bad the STB is considering making it easier for shippers to request emergency service. Yes the profits are high but performance and service is horrible. Can’t play this game forever customers aren’t going to take it anymore. Shouldn’t have laid off so many people.

The big boy was his crowning moment. He was so proud of that, but the real men and women of the UP saw it for what it really was. It was a waste of time, and a waste of money that was taken from the very employees he claims to be so proud of. Hey Lance, does that sound about right?
