Thelayoff.com is in the process of being subpoenaed regarding defamatory and libel posts which it has allowed and in some cases created on this site. Under its administration it is deleting posts against its own policy to restrict the distribution of this information.

libel implies the statements were untrue, which, whatever they were, is not yet proven I assume.

If the site pulled down posts which named those you who are completely incompetent managers, then the issue is resolved. Except you are still incompetent and held in contempt by thousands of employees.

@8vhr+1gu62azi Its not an motion against chevron. You guys are very slow. Let’s be clear - it’s a private motion against individuals who have posted defamatory remarks on this site. Cvx is not part of the motion. This site has already conformed to the cease and desist and continues to be supportive of the action.
Hope that you not connected to Chevron as you would only be opening Pandora's Box. Lots of dark secrets out there that are untold!! Good Luck!!

Your best bet would be to sue this site, not anonymous posters. However there are obstacles to this. First you would only reviver actual damages, which are hard to show. And the site keeps full names scrubbed so you can’t really show who is damaged. Good luck!

Pretty tough, since it can't be
reasonably construed as a statement of opinion, sarcasm/"humor" or absurdity/exaggeration. You'd have to prove that the poster meant for it to be taken as a truthful statement and that a reasonable person would believe it. It's a fairly high bar.
Plaintiff simply has to prove that the defendant made a false or inaccurate statement, with malice. Not that tough on this site. Enjoy.
