Who needs to tell the truth when you have a Fleishman as a PR spinner. They covered up for Monsanto. They’ll do it for Emerson too.
100 true! Too many rumors and lies lead to a untrustworthy company. Tell the truth even if it hurts, atleast than you gain respect and the trust of your empoyees even if they don't like what your saying atleast they will respect you for you honesty. That's how you get loyal employees, empoyees will stay when they can believe in its leaders
