Incompetent management, lack of direction, unreasonable expectations, hypocrisy, sloppy assignment planning, lazy individuals who do nothing but deflect blame, and so many other things are the reason why I've decided to move on from NetApp after 8 years. I don't think anybody who's thinking about their career long-term is planning to stay here any longer than they have to.

Yes, hypocrisy has increased a lot unfortunately...
Management loves the a$$ kissing backstabbing employees that have tanked the culture at Toxic WetNapp. Bad thing is the managers love the a$$ kissing and are actually getting taken to the cleaners on productivity for trade of a little brown nosing. Place is a joke and the culture is woke! Fire the worthless managers for once, they are the problem and if that doesn’t work fire the worthless director of the worthless manager. Time for upper management change!!
