Can we start a new board for the honest hardworking BBBY store employees that are trying so hard to save this company?
This board has just turned into a hateful place for corporate goons to belittle the hard working store employees that are holding this company up strong.

Has anyone on here EVER worked anywhere else? So many things mentioned here happen EVERYWHERE! And if you did why did you leave if it was that great?
I think people fail to realize is more than half of corporate associates hands are tied as well. They are given ridiculous action items with impossible timeframes to get them done in with outdated tech at their disposal to use. Even if they do, the plans are so half baked they make no difference. It is a lot of hard work with zero reward and makes no difference in the long run. The company is failing at every level, this is not complaining it is a fact. If anyone has an example of something being done that could actually make a difference what is that exactly?

I don't want to save the da#n company. How they are treating us right now is sh#tty and abusive honestly. I know some may scoff at the word abusive but I think it applies. They are selling mediocre products but because we can't get people to make purchases and keep them from walking out of the store empty handed it's our fault, so they're punishing us by cutting hours. Having to listen to the SM tell us that if conversion numbers and email captions get better we'll get more hours is f@cking insulting as h*ll. No. It's not right so I'm out. I'm looking for something new and BBBY deserves everything they get. They put themselves in the situation we find ourselves in now. It's a hot mess.
I really like my coworkers and I even like my management team but they're hands are tied too. Unfortunately they're also in denial behaving as if this is all normal and things will pick up eventually. They won't because it's too late! Everybody, and I mean everyone should seek other employment.
But the corporate goons attack everyone who is frustrated.
I don’t think the board is hateful it’s just that the employees who care are frustrated. This is just a place to vent. The corporate office is so out of touch with what is going on in the stores. Yet they make the rules and the decisions. This is like a giant RA meeting, retail anonymous.
