Indian ppl need jobs just like everyone else in this world. They have mouths to feed too. Idky u guys always wanna blame the worker but never the employer. Pune outsourcing is a American capitalist creation. Americans are choosing to exploit cheap labor to maximize profits. They do not give a damn about this country. 😒 It's time for some of you to face the facts. Your fellow American CEO could not give two sh--s if you were living under a bridge tomorrow. They only care about their bottom line. Ceos are not your friends and Pune is not the enemy.

Yes move jobs to Pune.
I personally love India. However, the issue is allstate is a fortune 100 company that keeps sending jobs overseas. I'd understand if allstate was close to bankruptcy but the stock price (before this recent market drop for fed saying that they will raise interest rated) was at an all time high with record revenue. Love or hate allstate, but they make money and it's just greed sending jobs away. How much money does Tom Wilson need?

I don't think people blame the people in Pune. People know it is Allstate making the decisions. I would hate to see the people in Pune lose their jobs but I fully admit I care more about myself, my community and my coworkers in the US. I am sure the people in Pune feel the same way about theirs.
Yes, our employer is the problem! Corporations consider employees Kleenex- pop up- use em up - throw away! Progressive has a much better reputation for how it treats its people. No one wants to work for Allstate, at least in claims. People in Pune will find this out too!
