Everyone is saying that it has become unbearable to work here, and at the same time, they are still giving it their best. I know people who hate working here and yet are among the hardest workers. If it's so bad here, isn't it better to focus more energy on looking for a better job?

I worked 50+ hours a week there. You get used to the ritual, that's why I stayed. Leaving was the best thing I've done for my career and well-being.
There probably looking but since that have a job they can be choosy, could be the reason.
If there older they will hold out.
It a lot harder after your 40ish to take that pay cut in a new job. Look I moved three times with them and in the end I got the shaft. Figure out what the priorities are and it your married together make a plan.
I was married single income and 3 kids . Decision are hard all the way around..everyone situation is different. If I was single and young it be easier decision.
