What good did the layoff bring for BBBY? It should be cut from from the top stupid coyprate level first then poor performing Bed Bath Beyond stores. The fish rots and stinks from head down. What a stupid way to run a business like this! Stupid is as stupid does! Leave the sinking ship now why you still have time!
Bed Bath & Beyond used up more than $900 million in 2021
The popular retailer started the last fiscal year with more than $1.4 billion in cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash. But as of the end of Feb. 26, that balance had shrunk significantly!
Bed Bath & Beyond is permanently closing more stores this year.
Another 37 stores located in 19 states will shutter, most by the end of February, Bed Bath & Beyond told USA TODAY. The locations are currently going through store closing liquidation sales.
The company confirmation comes ahead of the planned release of the retailer’s quarterly earnings Thursday morning where officials will provide a business update.
