Anyone heard about an announcement coming on Monday from management? Been hearing about a new logo and or company name or an announcement regarding the copper plant.

New trucks? You must be from CT. They seem to be the only state that got a completely new fleet. Also, all the laptops in my area have been taken away and replaced with POS tablets that serve basically the EXACT same function as the smartphones we already carry. So I'm unsure what "new laptops" you're referring to.
As far as fiber goes, just because it's not on a copper network doesn't mean we won't find a way to fu-k up the provisioning EVERY SINGLE TIME. Bonded, VDSL, ADSL, Fiber; doesn't make a damn bit of difference if the programming's jacked up.
And yes, brand DOES matter to customers; that's EXACTLY why I take off my Frontier uniform before walking into anywhere public after I'm off the clock.
What about the 10m fibre homes being built, the new trucks already bought, the new laptops etc etc. Brand matters to customers, or didn't they teach you that?

We are going to start doing 4 pair bonded dsl so we can sell 6mbps service to customers 18000 to 24000 ft from the co.
Oh, and we are gonna bring back loop extenders and satellite internet while we're at it.
Great more money spend on rebranding. Just think of all the trucks.
They’d be smart to go back to GTE since they already own the name. Unfortunately, they don’t know how to do business as GTE did. This company is playing a shell game trying to make us look good on paper until they sell us to some company that knows less than they did when they bought us from Verizon.
