It's great that someone mentioned part shortage as an issue here. Do you think Textron is coping well with this issue or could it be better?

Just heard wing sealing ppl were laid-off last week due to part shortage.
There is no coping...they even sent our employees to another company to help get parts out due to vendor inability to hire employees.
